Truly EXCEPTIONAL Service! I needed to secure commercial drone insurance on two day notice - on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Contacted Lisa at BWI and got coverage same day. Then needed some named insureds added which she arranged for on Saturday and Sunday before my Monday shoot! AMAZING! I just wish Lisa and BWI could also provide me with my cell phones, DMV services, cable TV and internet, etc. :-)

Not awesome to work with, I would rather spend more money and have a broker I can get a hold of, and returns my emails.... warning to all pilot/owners..
