Katie Talmo

Katie is a seasoned insurance professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple areas of the industry. Since joining BWI, she has grown from Administrative Assistant to Agent Success Coordinator and now serves as the Agent Support Team Lead, a department she helped build from the ground up.

Katie is known for her problem-solving skills, clear communication, and dedication to both clients and coworkers. She plays a key role in improving processes, streamlining operations, and supporting success across the board.

Outside of work, Katie is a creative spirit who enjoys spending time with her family, working on art projects, exploring the spiritual arts, and relaxing with a good video game.
