Kristen Harris, formerly Kristen Suarez, is BWI’s Chief Operating Officer. She oversees operations, strategic initiatives and organizational growth, with a focus on developing the team and delivering a strong customer experience.
Based in North Carolina, Kristen enjoys building effective teams and practical processes that support both clients and employees. She also serves as a Director-at-Large on the Aviation Insurance Association’s Board of Directors, supporting industry education, professional development and collaboration.
