Leiha Noriega supports BWI’s growth as its Fractional HR Manager. She brings a practical, people-centered approach and experience supporting organizations with teams across multiple states, remote work arrangements and mixed workforces.
Leiha develops clear HR systems and policies that meet the needs of the business while supporting a fair, consistent employee experience. Outside work, she is a mom to one human and a lively collection of animals. You can often find her gardening, working on a project in her workshop or taking a course to learn something new.
