Kristyn Russell

Kristyn Russell leads BWI’s Account Management team, bringing more than a decade of personal lines insurance experience and a strong focus on client relationships. She enjoys getting to know clients’ individual needs and providing attentive, personalized service.

Outside work, Kristyn enjoys traveling, playing pickleball with friends and volunteering in her Iowa community. A Kansas City native, she remains an enthusiastic Chiefs and Royals fan.
