Judith McCabe

As BWI continues to scale and grow, Judith, a seasoned and proven Human Resource Executive, plays a critical role in ensuring that the company is putting the right people in the right place.

While growing teams, Judith has successfully led HR initiatives, including leading the charge on organizational policies, human resource strategies, benefits/compensation structures, and employee relations. Before her success in HR and recruitment, she was in property management for over 16 years (overseeing 555 units) and happens to be a real estate enthusiast.

Judith was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She is a mom to two humans, a Lakers and Dodgers fan, a foodie, and loves her coffee and wine.
