Based in North Carolina, Kristen is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating scalable processes, and delivering exceptional experiences for both clients and employees.

Kristen also serves as a Director-at-Large on the Board of Directors for the Aviation Insurance Association (AIA), where she supports industry education, professional development, and collaboration within the aviation insurance community.
