As BWI continues to scale and grow, Leiha Noriega leads Human Resources with a grounded, practical, people-centered approach. She brings experience managing HR for multi-state, remote-first organizations with mixed workforces, and builds clear, sustainable HR systems and policies that support operational needs while maintaining a consistent, fair employee experience.
Outside of work, Leiha is a mom to one human and a lively menagerie of animals. When she’s not working, she can usually be found in the garden, in the workshop, or taking a course to learn something new.
