Riva currently works in administration and customer service for the BWI team and their clients.
As a licensed Agent and Adjuster in all Property and Casualty Insurance, Riva enjoys working with the BWI family regarding their Aviation needs. She has worked in customer service for 20 years, owning multiple businesses and working as the first point of contact for two different Law Enforcement Agencies. Her experience has helped hone her skills to deliver excellent customer service while building lasting relationships.
In her spare time, Riva enjoys spending time with her rescued pit bull, Gunny, and relaxing in the waters of Canyon Lake in Texas.
