With over 11 years of experience in both personal and commercial lines, Sierra brings a strong background in client service, office management, and staff training to her role as Account Manager at BWI. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients feel confident and protected in their coverage.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two children and spending their summers by the river.
