Work-Life Balance
While nearly all of our positions are remote, we encourage our employees to take time off, spend time with their loved ones, and take a break (relax and rejuvenate!). To further this notion, we offer a generous PTO plan, and a holiday break for all employees.
What we offer:
Paid Time Off – Our vacation time for all employees begins at 15 days per year, and we also include 12 paid holidays, and 6 days of sick time.
Family First – We are a “family-first” Company, which means we encourage employees to spend time with their families as much as possible and take time off when their family needs them. This is why we also give an additional paid week off during the holidays (Mental Health Week) to make sure our employees have that time to connect with their loved ones, refresh and relax!
