Corona, CA — January 1, 2026 — Matt White, CEO of BWI Aviation Insurance, today announced that the company will participate in 12 major aviation events and industry conferences throughout 2026 — marking the agency’s most significant national presence in nearly a decade.
The expanded event schedule reflects BWI’s renewed commitment to strengthening relationships with aircraft owners, pilots, underwriters, drone professionals, aviation nonprofits, and industry partners across the United States.
“In 2025, we made the decision to step back from events so we could focus inward — refining systems, improving processes, and strengthening our team,” said Matt White, CEO. “In 2026, BWI is returning to the aviation community in a major way. This national event tour signals our commitment to being present, accessible, and deeply engaged with aviation professionals everywhere.”

Strengthening Industry Relationships Through In-Person Engagement
White emphasized that BWI’s return to the event circuit is more than a marketing initiative, it is a signal of deeper industry engagement.
“There is no substitute for being face-to-face with customers, underwriters, pilots, and aviation businesses,” White said. “These events allow us to listen, learn, support our partners, and continue building the relationships that define aviation.”
The BWI team will host meet-and-greet opportunities, educational discussions, and coverage consultations at each event.
A Year of Growth, Innovation, and Community Investment
The national event tour aligns with BWI’s broader 2026 roadmap, which includes:
- ongoing development of AI-enhanced tools inside the company’s iFlyQuote platform
- expanded renewal and service systems
- strengthened underwriter relationships
- continued hiring and talent growth
- planning phases for the future launch of a Commercial Aviation Division
“2026 marks BWI’s 49th year in business, and it will be our most visible and connected year to date,” White added.
